This is a new product that allows you to wash PES fibres in an environmentally-friendly manner after dyeing.
In fact, this product does not involve the use of hydrosulphite or caustic soda: its main advantage entails a reduction in the release of pollutants into wastewater.
Furthermore, since it is a single product, in liquid form, it simplifies and facilitates dosage levels in the treatment bath.
The latter is in fact carried out through a simple washing process at 60-70°C for 20 minutes, followed by a final rinse.
In this way, all the dispersed dye that has not penetrated the fibres can be effectively removed, guaranteeing excellent final wet fastness, thoroughly comparable to the classic reduction stripping process.
Another important advantage of BIADIS ECO is that it can clean PES mixed with cellulose fibres that are pre-dyed (e.g. with reactive dyes), without affecting the latter’s shade in any way: this possibility is highly important if it becomes necessary to further improve the fastness of both dyed fibres.
